Styled By Britt has a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running late for your appointment, please text ahead to let me know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely in which a cancellation fee will apply. 

I do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

Here at Styled By Britt, I strive to provide the highest level of service. It is my goal and I hope that every client leaves my chair feeling amazing. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact me within five days of your original appointment. A correction can only be done for a service if it is different from the original inspiration that has been discussed during the initial consultation. 

No call no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the services scheduled. 

To schedule an appointment, your credit card information must be on file. Your card will not be charged before services and are rendered useless unless you cancel or make changes to your app outside of our cancellation policy, which is listed below:

We respectfully require 24 hour notice for cancellations for changes to the service(s) scheduled.
Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled.
As a courtesy, I will send you a text confirming your appointment 72 hours before your appointment time. Please be sure to confirm your appointment.
